Toby breaks down HD.4420 and what they might do after the recent pause, when they come back in the fall.  Most of these gun ban proposals in Massachusetts go to the safety committee and die, but this bill is so special that law makers where trying to subvert the committee.  It’s funny how freedom was born in Massachusetts, and now here in Massachusetts is where freedom goes to die.  Then Toby answers questions from the chat and takes calls.  In the entire second hour we have special guest John Kolis, a pistol instructor with a passion for shooting and sharing the shooting experience with people!
